Listings plans

Listings plans control publishing, draft, and photo capacity only. New owners start on Free with a 7-day trial that adds 4 publishing slots (5 total) and unlocks all Studio modules — no card needed.

• Free — ₱0. Publish one listing and keep up to three drafts at no cost.

  • 10 photos per listing
  • 7-day trial: +4 published listings and all Studio modules
• Host — ₱129/month or ₱1,290/year (≈ 2 months free). For owners running more than one property — add published listings as your portfolio grows.

  • 25 photos per listing
  • Add more published listings anytime (₱25 each)

Host includes two published listings and you can add more at any time — ₱25/month or ₱250/year per extra listing. Free stays at one published listing.

Studio

Studio is a separate product line for managing properties. It works with any Listings plan, including Free. Create the private Studio first, then connect a Listing only when you want public marketing. Modules are account-wide by property type.

Property management modules

• Boarding House Studio — ₱199/month or ₱1,990/year. Account-wide boarding operations with buildings, beds, ledgers, and contracts. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 boarders.
• Apartment Studio — ₱149/month or ₱1,490/year. Account-wide apartment operations with units, tenants, leases, and payments. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 tenants.
• Condo Studio — ₱149/month or ₱1,490/year. Account-wide condo operations for tenants, viewings, dues, and maintenance. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 tenants.
• House Studio — ₱129/month or ₱1,290/year. Account-wide house rental operations for tenants, leases, and maintenance. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 tenants.
• Stay Studio — ₱249/month or ₱2,490/year. Account-wide short-stay operations for reservations and housekeeping. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 guests.
• Sport Studio — ₱249/month or ₱2,490/year. Multi-sport venue operations with conflict-safe bookings. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 20 facilities.
• Warehouse Studio — ₱199/month or ₱1,990/year. Account-wide warehouse operations for spaces, clients, contracts, inventory, and docks. Includes staff & payroll and capacity for 80 rooms and 80 occupants.

Staff and payroll tools are included with every Studio module — there is no separate operations add-on to buy.

Listing boosts

Owners can optionally feature a listing so it ranks first on the default sort: 7 days for ₱149 or 30 days for ₱299. Boosted listings are ranked higher — they are never disguised as anything else.

How payment works

• Online checkout (where available) — GCash, Maya, or card via PayMongo, our payment processor.
• Manual activation — where online checkout isn't available, you pay by GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash, and Aliplaces activates the plan once payment is confirmed. Your account is never charged automatically in this flow.

No commission on your rentals

Aliplaces doesn't take a cut of rent, deposits, or sales arranged between viewers and owners, and doesn't hold money in escrow. Owners using a Studio can generate PayMongo payment links for their own tenants — that money goes to the owner, not to Aliplaces.
